Equiv. to calcium 160mg

Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 6.25 micrograms

Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 17.6 micrograms

Contains milk and soya bean products. 

HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG

Thanh thiếu niên 12-18 tuổi uống 2-3 viên nang mỗi ngày. Người lớn 19-50 tuổi uống 2 viên nang mỗi ngày. Người lớn 51 tuổi trở lên uống 2-3 viên nang mỗi ngày. Phụ nữ có thai và cho con bú uống 2-3 viên nang mỗi ngày, hoặc theo chỉ dẫn của chuyên gia chăm sóc sức khỏe. BẢO QUẢN: Dưới 30°C, nơi khô ráo, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp. Để xa tầm tay trẻ em. Uống cùng bữa ăn. Nếu các triệu chứng vẫn tiếp diễn, hãy tham khảo ý kiến chuyên gia chăm sóc sức khỏe. Có thể nhai hoặc nuốt viên nang. Không vượt quá liều khuyến cáo hàng ngày.

DESCRIPTION

Bio Island Milk Calcium Bone Care is formulated with calcium hydroxyapatite derived from cow's milk for calcium supplementation in adolescents and adults. Calcium maintain healthy teeth and support bone health, and is needed throughout different stages in life. 

Bio Island Milk Calcium Bone Care is a source of vitamin D3 and vitamin k2. Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption. Vitamin K2 maintains bone density and support bone health. Calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 support general health and wellbeing. 

WARNINGS

Vitamins/minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if seal on cap is missing, torn or broken. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Pregnant and breastfeeding women If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your healthcare practitioner.

DIRECTION

Adolescents 12 – 18 years take 2-3 capsules daily.

Adults 19 – 50 years take 2 capsules daily.

Adults 51+ years take 2-3 capsules daily.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women take 2-3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

STORE: below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
